Jio BlackRock Equity Mutual Fund is a 50:50 joint venture between Jio Financial Services Limited and BlackRock Financial Management Inc. The fund received its final approval from SEBI and was set up on May 26, 2025, with the AMC having been incorporated on October 28, 2024.

 

The company is led by Mr. Siddharth Swaminathan as MD & CEO and Mr. Rishi Kohli as the CIO. The fund house aims to combine Jio's digital reach with BlackRock's global investment expertise and technology.

 

Jio BlackRock Mutual Fund offers 9 schemes and quickly became one of the top 35 AMCs in India by assets, with an AUM of ₹12,758.10 crore.
