About Aakash Manghani
Aakash was working as a Fund Manager with Icici Prudential Life Insurance where he was managing over 6500 cr AUM across flexicap and midcap strategies. He brings with him over 14 yrs of experience in equities , he specialises in research and portfolio management and has tracked a wide array of sectors as an analyst. At IPRU Life, he was closely involved in their maiden Midcap NFO launched in Sept'22. The fund scaled to 2000 Cr + AUM in under 1.5 yrs and delivered top decile returns in it's peer set during this time. At BOI AXA MF, he Managed the flagship ELSS fund for 3 years along with mid cap and small cap funds. The ELSS fund was in the top 10% of its peer set of ~40 funds for CY19, CY20 & CY21. Aakash has growth style of investing and prefers to back capital efficient businesses that have a large runway for growth and are run by smart, driven and ethical management's.
